Male Infertility Treatment
At 9Months fertility center, we provide solutions for all male infertility problems. Some of the causes of male infertility are non availability of normal viable sperms in the ejaculate for IVF treatment. Treatment for TESA-PESA includes the procedures to recover sperms through the minor medical surgical process.
Sperm Extraction Procedures:
PESA (Percutaneous Epididymis Sperm Aspiration)
It is a surgical procedure which involves the use of needle and syringe technique as for a needle biopsy, but the needle is directly placed into the epididymis. For the zero sperm count (azoospermia) man, sperm can be retrieved in some cases from the portion above the testis called the epididymis for example in cases of congenital absence of the vas deferens - a condition in which both the tubes transporting sperm to the exterior are absent from birth. The sperm thus retrieved by our expert andrologists, can then be used for injecting the oocytes by ICSI and thereby help give the couple their own biological offspring.
TESA (Testicular Sperm Aspiration)
This procedure is similar to a needle biopsy but involves placing a needle attached to a syringe through the skin of the scrotum, and simply sucking out the fluid from the testicle.
